As an ActiveCampaign reseller, you will continue to use the same software, with the same services, interface, and servers you currently use. The only difference is that you will enjoy all the benefits exclusive to Active Powered users, and your account will be managed directly by us.

The transition is purely administrative; there will be no blockages or disruptions of any kind.

Absolutely not, the step is purely administrative, basically we notify Active Campaign America that our support will follow up with you and you will make payments directly to us.

Technically your account is not touched, no server changes or technical changes.

Transferring your account is an operation that takes very few minutes, and you can continue to use your account exactly as you are doing now: URL and password will remain the same, and you will not lose any data, automation or integration. Operationally speaking, the transition will be invisible. It is an administrative-level transfer.

The account will remain on the same server, nothing will have to be physically moved, and there will be no blockages of any kind.

No, there are no upfront costs of any kind.

Absolutely not, whether monthly or annual you will pay only at the natural renewal of the service. And in the meantime you will have access to all the benefits guaranteed by Active Powered, without having to wait for renewal or pay any surcharges.
